I just put up six songs tonight, a few better-known ones and a few that aren't on the myspace site, for some variety. No early bootlegs or live copies though, the songs were from the 2007 FARM sessions. About the songs:

Any Pill You Like: From Electric Molasses. A down-trodden song that's basically about medications. The verse alternates phrases of four measures between 7/4 and 4/4. I did all the tracks for this song out of lack of time. There's an upright bass in the verse, as well as a fairly sick slide guitar solo. Woo.

Jerry's Suicide Blues: From Electric Molasses. A fun ditty in the key of C. Needs more cowbell. We couldn't come to a conclusion on whether to use the high vocals or the low vocals so they're both there. This song, like Any Pill has a guitar solo with Boss Metal Zone + Visual Sound Liquid Chorus.

New Town: From Electric Molasses. Features Casey Jones (Jeremiah) in the beginning on some percussion, that will be mixed in more in depth later. The original mixdown was a lot more deafening, but it was redone a bit to be less ear-shattering.

Mainstream Music: From Electric Molasses. The first song I wrote. It has an allution to Green Day and Modest Mouse. Pretty simple stuff, I really should remix it a little one of these days. Forest's Cool Brother likes it. Ask me for the back story sometime about doing the overdubs.

Nimrod's Son: Featuring Charlie Phillips. This is also one of the few songs that I play synthesizer on. The words are from the Pixies song of the same name. Some people like it, some people hate it. It's a little shakey since Charlie and I kept forgetting the words while we were recording it, but I still think it's kind of cool.

Charlie I: From Electric Molasses. This is the first song (of three) in the Charlie series. I actually like how it turned out, especially the slide guitar solo in the outro. Very mellow. I hope you like it too.

So there's some explanation for the songs I've got up. Mayhaps I'll throw a couple different ones on someday. Hell, maybe even the legendary jam of "Christmas and Mexico." Not making any promises of that one though...
